Change of mind is not applicable

Most of our services are digital services. Because of this, refunds are limited.

Once a service is activated, resources are allocated on our servers.

For this reason, not all services are refundable.

For new hosting accounts, we may offer a 7-day refund period.

If you are not satisfied with the service during this period, you may request a refund.

Refund requests must be submitted through email or support.

After the refund period ends, payments are non refundable.

Domain registration and renewal fees are not refundable.

Once a domain name is registered, the payment goes directly to the domain registrar.

Because of this, we cannot reverse or refund domain registrations.

Payments for website design, development, or digital services are generally non-refundable once work has started.

If a project is cancelled after work has started, charges may apply for the work already completed.

Renewal payments for hosting, domains, or other services are not refundable.

Clients are responsible for managing their renewal dates.

If an account is suspended or terminated due to violation of our policies, refunds will not be issued.

Approved refunds are usually processed within 5 to 10 business days.

The time may vary depending on the payment method.
