Billing and Payment Policy
This policy explains how billing and payments work for our services.
1. Payment Terms
All services must be paid in advance unless we agree otherwise.
Invoices are generated before the service start date or renewal date.
Payments should be made before the due date mentioned on the invoice.
2. Missed or Unbilled Invoices
In some cases, an invoice may not be issued on time due to system or administrative reasons.
Arham Technologies reserves the right to generate and send invoices for previously unbilled services.
Clients are responsible for clearing such pending invoices once they are issued.
We always try to keep billing accurate and transparent.
3. Grace Period
We provide a grace period of 3 to 7 days after the invoice due date.
During this time, services will remain active, and clients can make the payment without interruption.
After the grace period ends, the service may be suspended if payment is still not received.
4. Late Payments
If payment is not received by the due date, the account enters the grace period.
Once the grace period ends:
Services may be suspended
Websites and emails may stop working
A late payment fee may apply after the grace period.
Services will be restored after full payment is received.
5. Service Suspension
Accounts with unpaid invoices may be suspended.
During suspension
Websites may stop working
Email services may stop working
Access to hosting may be limited
Suspended services can be reactivated after payment.
Late Fee Charges:
If an invoice remains unpaid after the grace period, a late fee may be applied.
The late fee structure is as follows:
- Up to 7 days after due date:
No late fee (grace period) - After 7 days:
A late fee of 5 percent of the invoice amount may be added - After 15 days:
An additional 5 percent late fee may be applied
Late fees will be added to the total outstanding balance and must be cleared before service reactivation.
Important Note:
Late fees are applied to encourage timely payments and to maintain service continuity.
We always recommend clients to pay invoices before the due date to avoid extra charges or service interruption.
6. Service Termination
If an invoice remains unpaid for a long period, the service may be permanently terminated.
In such cases, data may be removed from our servers.
Clients are responsible for keeping backups of their data.
7. Automatic Renewals
Some services renew automatically to prevent service interruption.
Clients should review renewal dates and manage their billing accordingly.
8. Price Changes
Service prices may change in the future.
Existing clients will be informed before major price changes.
9. Payment Methods
Payments may be accepted through
Bank transfer
Online payment gateways
Other methods agreed between the client and Arham Technologies.
